Prototyping (Sample Formation) Service

Prototyping is the process of creating a preliminary model from the template to test its engineering accuracy, verify design compatibility with the materials used (such as wood, acrylic, or metal), and identify errors before mass production. This helps reduce material waste and save time.

Since manufacturing any template requires high precision—making the product prone to errors—the prototyping phase allows testing the form, coordinating elements and dimensions, and detecting potential issues to avoid mistakes in the final product.

This way, the client can modify any aspect of the product before starting mass production.

Prototyping Execution Method

The prototype is cut using a prototyping machine after the design is drafted in engineering software and sent to the machine. The model is then manually inspected and compared with the original design. The design file is adjusted based on observations (e.g., enlarging openings or modifying angles).

Our Services

We also offer small-quantity production of items like boxes or stands without the need for creating a template, reducing costs for the client.
